• You must bet with your own funds – not someone else's.
• Individuals who are unable to make sound decisions due to mental or physical impairment may not use jilapp.
• Jilapp employees and their family members are subject to specific restrictions.

4Deposits & Payments

Payment methods currently supported on jilapp:

• Once a deposit is complete, it is credited directly to your jilapp balance.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• No charges are applied to deposits.
• Jilapp will never ask for your bank or mobile banking password directly.

5Withdrawal Policy

Here are the rules for withdrawing your winnings from jilapp:

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same account used for the original deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 10–30 minutes.
• Identity verification may be required for large withdrawals (above ৳50,000).
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• Jilapp reserves the right to hold suspicious withdrawals for up to 24 hours.

6Bonuses & Promotions

Jilapp offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, each with its own specific terms and conditions.

• Welcome Bonus: Applies to first deposit only. Each person is eligible once.
• Wagering Requirement: To withdraw bonus funds, a specified wagering requirement must be met (typically x5 to x30).
• Validity Period: Every bonus has an expiry period. Once expired, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Free Bet: Winnings from free bets are paid as cash only on the profit portion — the original stake is not returned.
• A bonus may only be applied to an account once – unless otherwise stated.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, both the account and the bonus will be cancelled.

7Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on jilapp:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (unless a Cash Out option is available).
• If an error occurs in the odds, jilapp reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, your bet will be refunded.
• Jilapp is not liable for bets lost due to internet disconnection during live betting.
• Placing bets on the same match from multiple accounts will be treated as arbitrage.
• Jilapp reserves the right to set a maximum payout limit on any bet.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jilapp and will result in immediate account termination:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with a false identity or fraudulent documents.
• Arbitrage betting or bonus abuse.
• Betting using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform's software.
• Using or accessing another person's account.
• Money laundering or processing of illicit funds.

9Account Suspension & Closure

Jilapp may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If identity verification or the KYC process has not been completed.
• If unusual or suspicious financial activity is detected.
• At the user's request (self-exclusion).
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).

Upon account closure, any remaining valid balance will be returned after verification. However, if the account is terminated due to a terms violation, bonus-related funds may not be refunded.

10Responsible Gaming
